Mat Returns

Lloyd Mats are custom made products, built to your order, based upon your choices using our mat configurator. If the product you receive does not match the selections you made during the mat building process, or is defective upon your initial inspection, Lloyd Mats will remake the product and ship the replacement at no charge. In the event you wish to return a Lloyd Mats product for any other reason, the product must be returned in unused condition with all original product tags, labels and instructions within 30 days of receipt. Products must be shipped prepaid to Lloyd Mats facility in California. No return freight CODs will be accepted. Refund of your purchase price, less any freight charges and 20% restock fee will be made to the original form of payment.

Mat Warranty

Lloyd Mats are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. Normal wear and the requirement for periodic cleaning are not considered mat defects. We carefully inspect every item to insure you receive product that looks and performs to our high standards. If you encounter an issue that prevents your Lloyd Mats from performing their intended function, please contact us, prior to returning the item. Some common items may be resolved without the necessity of a costly and time consuming return. All mats returned for warranty must be shipped prepaid and be accompanied by the original receipt or copy and the RMA number. Mats accepted for warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Lloyd Mats and returned to customer freight prepaid by Lloyd Mats.

RMA Request

All Lloyd Mat returns for credit or warranty claim must have a Lloyd Mats Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an RMA number by email within two business days. Please include the RMA number with your returned item and in any correspondence regarding your return

To request an RMA:

1. If you have an account on, please log in and go to your My Orders page. As long as the order is complete, you should see a "Return" link - follow that to the form for requesting an RMA.

2. If you completed your order as a guest and have no account on, then you may still request and RMA by following this link the Guest RMA Request page and entering your order details.
