Warranty Policy - Authorization Request Form

Please do not return any Lloyd Mats without a Warranty Return Authorization.

The term of the warranty will vary depending on the product line and begins from the original date of purchase to the original owner.

Lloyd Mats are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for five years from the date of purchase. Normal wear and the requirement for periodic cleaning are not considered mat defects.

Lloyd Mats wants you to be completely satisfied with your floor mat purchase. We carefully inspect every item to insure you receive product that looks and performs to our high standards. If you encounter an issue that prevents your Lloyd Mats from performing their intended function, please contact us, prior to returning the item. Some common items may be resolved without the necessity of a costly and time consuming return.

All mats returned for warranty must be shipped prepaid and be accompanied by the original receipt or copy.  Mats accepted for warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Lloyd Mats and returned to customer freight prepaid by Lloyd Mats.

Prior to submission of a warranty claim, Lloyd Mats must be contacted to obtain a warranty return claim authorization.  The form will alert Lloyd Mats of the product return and provide your contact information. You will receive a confirmation email of Lloyd Mats anticipation of the mat item(s),Warranty Authorization Code and address to where the product must be sent.
